An unconference is a ‘participant-driven’ meeting, where everyone attending has the option of pitching a topic for discussion or actively taking part in sessions. This means the agenda is decided on the day by participants.

The format

  • free to attend
  • focused on attendee participation
  • relentlessly positive, constructive and creative

The rules

  • have fun
  • vote with your feet
  • let everyone speak
  • follow our code of conduct

On the day

After a quick introduction from the organisers, anyone can pitch a session. This is how we create the session grid (the agenda). You can view all the sessions online once the pitches are over.
